Grand Knight Report: No 4th Degree in December, Expressed appreciation to all who help in “Keep Christ in Christmas” Card sale, Recognized Bro. David, Deacon Tony as coordinators for St. Agnes & Bro. Claire for St. Bonaventure, Baskeball were budgeted for free throw competition, Seek representatives for Charity Ball organizers, Jan. 31 Charity Worksheets due, reminder semi annual audit due in December, Jan. 21-22 membership drives w/info night to follow

Treasurer Report: Review cash account; Money Market and checking Account, Transfer of $1K to Checking cover expenses

-Reading of the bills/motion to accept. 2nd/passed to pay bills

Financial Secretary Report: Review cash flow income vs. expenses

Deputy Grand Knight Report: call on small activity reports
Church Community: St. Agnes: 11/15 Fr. Jon (new pastor began) 1st Degree Knight, Friday Rosary Groups 6:15-7:15 p.m, New Year Eve Party cancelled, Crab Feed 1/21, 12/15 school pageant St. Bonaventure: Membership drive 1/21-22, Fliers in Bulletin, 1/9 DLS/Carondelete Christmas Pageant 7:30 p.m, Fr. Robert new pastor at St. Ignatious Antioch leave St. Bonaventure 3rd week January, No replacement for Fr. Robert, 12/8 Holy Day of Obligation Mass Immaculate Conception, Giving Tree
Youth: All info has arrived for competitions, Request soccer competition info
Membership: St. Agnes Bliz proved 3 possible candidates

-MR Drive approx. $800/organization WE care, Challenger Baseball League, Bridge Program, Adaptive Learning Program

Pro Life: No report
Community Service: 12/20 Christmas Party $5/adult kids free, 12/4 Spring Garden turn out nice, Appreciation/Award @ past Sunday Mass presented to Bro. George

Unfinished Business: Bro. George motion take care of MR Drive recipients/2nd/passed

4th Degree Report: No report

New Business: Claire motion give $100/BACN/2nd/pass, Bro. Greg report on recent trip to Mexico & status of & look at the group as possible future recipient of funds, Welcome Bro. John Mort (?) to meeting, Crab Feed tickets up for sale for 1/28 crab feed, Website up & running

Field Agent Report: Looked at invest in KofC Long Term Care Ins. Policy, Life Plan (for parents) will find long term care, Ins. must be w/KofC  first before take advantage

-Bro. Kim looking for more responsibility (update council lists, numbers, etc)
-Email response to survey: Pizza, Beer, Streamline Meetings, Keep Lectures, all to increase membership/attendance

-motion made to suspend meeting for presentation of Credit Union/2nd/pass 8:30

Good of the Order: -spoke of the new procedures of church, focus on the presence of being one w/our Lord or is it w/community, focus on wording and translation = loss of meaning & return to traditional wording, share List of Catholic Gift Giving Ideas
