-Membership drive 4/22-23 at St. Agnes request help from Knights of St. Agnes Parish
-Testimonial dinner for State Deputy 5/13 in Alameda/advance reservations by 5/6 $33/person

New Business:
-Chapter Meeting in Oakland on 4/1 at 8:00a.m. at St. Jarhijs
-Chapter Meeting June 17 at St. Agnes hosted by Council 6038 @ 7:00 a.m./volunteers to help with breakfast
-5/19-23 State Convention: need alternate delegates/ motion/2nd/approved
-Nominations Committee: Mike, Larry, Patrick, Jeff
-Motion support Bro. George on trip to State Convention in Ontario, CA/2nd/approved
