Grand Knights Report: Reviewed/Discussed Officer’s Meeting items
            -protocol for addressing council members
            -protocol for information spoken as to be recorded properly
            -Echo Newsletter/Editor in limbo
            -Web Page for our council

Treasurer Report: Reviewed the financial status of the Bank Accounts

Reading of the bills

Financial Secretary Report: Reviewed the income/expense of past events

Deputy Grand Knight Report:

Chancellor: membership drive in November possible for St. Bonaventure
Membership Drive concerns/issues at St. Agnes

Living Rosary, Spaghetti Dinner support the Youth, Progressive Dinner

Family Director Report:
Children’s Christmas Party 3rd Tuesday of December

Warden:
Discussed the issue of Prop 73 Pro Life Initiative
Offered a big thank you to all involved in helping with the Pasta Feed
Tootsie Roll Drive:
Call/Cry for help
Jars placed at St. Agnes and St ($50 first weekend)
St. Bonaventure (1 weekend only)
Keep Christ in Christmas- Card Drive/Sale looking for more weekends begin earlier

Unfinished Business:
Next membership Drive is January 21-22
Bills reviewed/error noticed/corrected  motion to pay/2nd/passed/paid
Discussion ensued regarding Liability Insurance (due November 1) search for proper coverage
Motion to continue with S.A. Van Dyke Insurance for 13 month policy/2nd/passed

New Business:
Donation to Youth Atlanta trip $200 motion/2nd/pass
Discussion ensued regarding payment
Fr. George would like to present an update on the Learning Facility in India project-Nov1
Member (Bro.) brought up issue of need for a calendar of events/notification for active participation

Protocol issue as grievance made as motion for discussion/withdrawn redirected to Officer Meeting
